Personality:Sapphire is known for being simple in character, yet all the more complex than anyone that one will ever meet. To put it directly, she is a creature of pure happiness, always putting on a smile that brightens up a room. She even shows this bright expression when she is down, not wanting anyone to worry over her and fuss over her. She is a very bubbly person with a bounce in her step and a hum emitting from her throat, she is basically the poster child for happiness. However, she is very smart.
Along with this happiness is a caring and loving nature that most find endearing. She has a love for all living things and hates to see anything killed. However, this does not make her a vegetarian. As she says, “I love animals, but I love eating them more.” She believes that if it is killed, it must be needed. However, she is whole-heartedly against killing animals just for the sport. It’s against her sense of justice. If you kill an animal, you must be in need of it and you must treat it kindly before you kill it. Those that abuse animals before killing them off are giving that creature one horrible life and there’s a special place in hell for them, along with child molesters and people who talk in the theater. Along with her childlike happiness and mother like caring, she is a creature who tries to see the good in everything. She believes that in everyone, no matter how hidden and far inside the heart, is a good soul. All those that are evil in the standards of her people have merely lost their way and cannot see the path that is good. Except, she does have her standards on who has fallen off the path and who has intentionally skipped off the yellow brick road.
Sapphire is also a very loyal and friendly individual. She loves talking to people and making new friends and she will protect them to the best of her ability. And though she tries to see the good side of everyone, if anyone dares make fun of or hurt someone precious to her, she will not hesitate to stand up for said friend. However, she is also rather mischievous and constantly getting in trouble for such in such.
Along with her mischievous character, she is quite stubborn and won't back down from her beliefs without a fight. If someone does something that she thinks is wrong or they won't do something that she thinks is right to be done, she tends to get mad. Also, she is very independent and can take care of herself, hating to have to rely on others for help and always trying to take care of everything by herself. But, all-in-all, she is a very playful and care-free individual.
Looks: Sapphire is quite the beauty. Named after her striking blue eyes that are large and expressive and the color of the precious stone and framed by long lashes, they are like doors to her soul. Her hair is a silvery lavender color, reaching to her thighs and shinning in the sunlight. She is quite proud of her feathery locks, but she doesn't show it. Accompanied by a small nose and a pair of cotton candy lips, she really is quite pretty.
However, this beauty is quite tall, standing at 5'8" with an a hourglass figure. She also has creamy white skin, despite being exposed to sunlight for many years. Also, her skin is rather scarred from her years of training, though most have become almost invisible over time. She is usually seen in soft fabrics, such as cotton or silk, in any style and in a variety of colors. Though she has many dresses in her closet, she prefers the freedom one gains with a pair of pants and a loose shirt. She can't stand those curve hugging dresses and their stupid corsets!

History: Sapphire is a girl of noble birth, born in the country of Aletia. She grew up spoiled, with everything she ever wanted and any dresses that she could ask for. However, she didn't like her lifestlye; all the fancy, stuffy dresses, the tight corsets, the uncomfortable stockings. She couldn't stand it! All she wanted was to be able to wear the free-flowing clothes that the men wore and the flexible outfits that allowed to actually move. And so, she trained with the guardsmen that her family hired and kept around to keep them safe. Of course, she didn't let them know all of this was going on under there noses for years. In a way, she was thankful for all the stuffy dresses that covered all her injuries she received from her training; ever bump, bruise, and scrap.
This went on for years, her training in secret to learn how to use her shape-shifting powers, as well as use her human form to fight, learning self-defense, sword-fighting, and a dabble of archery. But, all this was ended when she turned 16, when her parents discovered what was going on and trapped her in her room, sending all the guards away and hiring new ones that wouldn't train her. Furious, the young girl decided to leave, knowing her parents wouldn't let her leave her room until they married her off to some fancy royal. After all, they never should her affection, nor the love of a true parent to a child. No, they didn't love her.
So, she ran away, roaming the lands for quite awhile, getting chased off of the property of some lands and being hospitably housed in others. Soon, she came across the Garnet, a group that was for the end of the war. As she heard of this group, she realized how much she too wanted the end of this stupid war. And so, she joined the group, hoping to stay out of the sight of her parents so they wouldn't find her and to do any good she could in ending the senseless struggle.
